Just Kill Me NOWWW!!

Dam it! I just missed a Vincent Gallo concert! Geezzzzus!!! I'm not that crazy for his music, but I'm more into seeing  him in person, and not watching him on TV.  I hear he is pretty trippy in person, and has an unexpected sense of humor.  I can only imagine what went on at The Red Devil Lounge in San Francisco on August 12......I'm sooo late.... He performed with the Beautiful Kemp Muhl and her boyfriend Sean Lennon, and their latest band :The Ghost Of Saber Toothed Tiger.  I love you Sean Lennon, so please excuse me, but, How in the Hell did you score the ever so lovely Kemp Muhl?  She has such an eccentric personality, with looks and humbleness, that most young models do not posses.  I understand Sean is extremely talented, and I guess thats what  made her fall head over heels for him, but still....Major age difference too. I dunno, I'm just trippen.  So, to say the least, "Mad Props To Sean Lennon!"  Regardless, I love them both. But back to the real point of my post: Vincent Gallo "Why did you perform at The Red Devil Lounge, and I wasn't sent a proper Invite?  I forgive you, this one time.....Because your a RARE Soul.............. White Riot!

Great Song by The Clash!! Anyway, thats what I named my homework 4, for photoshop. The task: Choose a pic, turn it into a greyscale, follow instructions on Gradient. I was tweeking on this pic for some time now. The original is in color and the tweeked one with font. This picture was taken by Amy, on one of our interesting escapades. The Folsom Street Fair 09!! I decided to ask this Model-esk looking creature to strike a pose with me. Just after this was taken he decided to freak-out on Amy, and we left in the other direction. He was a RIOT!!! Enjoy!

Hott Cookie!

This is a video from my ancient cell phone.  This recording is of the drive home after a trip with my good friend Amy to Castro Street in San Fran.  My sister couldn't make it so Amy picked her up an edible cookie.  Heehee!!! This lovely novelty was sold at Hot Cookie on Castro.... I heard it was the best uhum.... cookie ever!! Enjoy!

What a weekend...... So calm, so peaceful, so....ummm? like no other.... Scotts Video rules! Located at the corner of Bird and Willow.  This is a REAL video store. They even have a Tim Burton section. So Awesome! The dude with the dreads recomended Frankaweenie, a black and white flick by Tim Burton.  I also took home "The Girlfriend Experience", " Romper Stomper" ( Real Violent Skin Head flick with Russel Crowe) and the great classic "Peewee's Big Adventure".....

Bitch'n Kitchen!

 The Kitchen at 678 is coming along Great!!! I wish I had some before pics, but it looks like I only got Work in Progress. Cute floor, Cute Dogs, Cute Cabinets and a Super Bad Ass Stove!!!  Boyfriends hard work is really starting to show.

I went over to visit the Ever So Lovely Nubby at www.nubbytwiglet.com and she posted an interview with Creative Director Jordan Crane, at Wolff Olins New York, and I just had to quote him on his wonderful words of inspiration  "What you choose to learn should be completely dependent on you as a person. Passion shows. Don’t go through the process just to please those around you. Make yourself happy first and the positive mindset will trickle down."  I'm all about it!! Much props to Jordan and Nubby......

Weekends Were Made For Fun!

So Saturday started off in Berkeley: Omega Salvage, The Sink Factory, Flea Market and Urban Ore... Boyfriend is turning the kitchen and bathroom into it's original state, THE 1940's... Yaye!! Then my dear friend, Amy and I started Sunday off at San Francisco's Antique Mall...The place is too much for words... On that note, we checked out the Folsom Street Faire.....C-R-A-Z-Y!! Geez!! We danced and saw some bands.....Everything we saw was a little bit much to post on a blog....Lets just say, It was an experience and I will probably not return next year... But this weekend was FUN!!!

I'm a Hollywood Starlet

Haahaaahaaa!! I ♥ Photoshop CS4!! Ive been real busy the last few weeks, school started and I've been picking up extra shifts at work. Photoshop is my first online class and I am sooo fortunate to enjoy doing my homework. The top image is my Homework 3.... The task is to composite an image with another and create a Duotone... So you see the two original pics and my Lovely Beautiful Masterpiece..... Buffalo 66 is a rad movie with lots of talented actors and the ever so sexy Vincent Gallo!!! How could I resist, I just had to be part of the MAGIC!
